Holiday Inn Express & Suites - West Omaha - Elkhorn By Ihg
I swam in the outdoor roof-top pool which looked out over downtown. When I needed support with my business documents, Talon from the valet shift offered tech advice and assistance. My room featured vinyl flooring instead of carpet, and the windows provided a clear view of the river. I grabbed a coffee from the Starbucks located in the lobby before heading out to walk to the nearby sports venues.
I prepared my meals in the full kitchen which held salt, pepper, oil, coffee, and tea. I used the two bathrooms and the two bedrooms during my stay. Secure doors locked behind me as I moved between the rooms.
I utilized the free washers and dryers while staying in my suite, which contained a full kitchen and a living room area separate from the bedroom. Every Monday through Wednesday evening, I attended the social hour held for guests. I poured soda from the real fountain in the breakfast area after grabbing bacon and coffee to start my mornings.
I ate chicken carnitas and tortillas with fixings at the breakfast buffet during my stay. The suite included a full size fridge in the kitchen, and I kept drinks cold there while I relaxed in the living area. I also used the pool before I departed the seventh floor.
I enjoyed the gas firepit and BBQ grill in the outdoor seating area during my stay. We prepared meals using the full-size refrigerator and stove in our room, which seemed like a private apartment. Our shuttle driver John also drove us to the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge when we wanted to explore the area.
I played life size connect four in the lobby while I walked to the pool table. My room included a microwave and a full-size refrigerator. I ate breakfast on porcelain plates in the morning before checking out of the hotel.
I played downloaded games on the xbox in the basement movie theater room during my stay. I drank tea in the sun room every morning and rested on the couches on the back deck.
I scanned my room key to operate the elevators, which transported me directly to my floor. My suite featured floor to ceiling windows and a wet bar with a granite topped island. I also enjoyed dinner at Dynamite Woodfire Grill on the hotel.
I found snacks and champagne stocked in the kitchenwith all the pots and pans I needed. After settling in, I walked down the hill to eat pizza at the wood fired restaurant. I sat at the bar while I enjoyed my meal.
